Whether you're a returning seventh-year or a fresh-faced first-year, there's nothing quite like the excitement of Back to Hogwarts season! As the Hogwarts Express pulls into platform nine and three-quarters and the castle doors swing open again, Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery is brimming with magical mischief, heartfelt reunions, and thrilling new stories to explore.

We're celebrating this enchanted time of year with exclusive giveaways, brand-new quests, and the reveal of an exciting new location for Beyond Hogwarts players! Here are some highlights:

To kick off the season, starting 31 July to 15 September we're celebrating Harry Potter's birthday, and the 20th Anniversary of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, by gifting all players a new outfit - just like the one Harry wore when facing off against the Hungarian Horntail in the Triwizard Tournament!

1 September marks another giveaway: a jumper featuring a beautiful depiction of Hogwarts Castle! This back-to-school ensemble will be available to claim throughout September. Don't miss it!

It's that time of year where the students of Hogwarts prepare to head back to school for another magical year - and we're celebrating with new Back to Hogwarts themed events and rewards you won't want to miss!

New Hogwarts Diary Event:
- "Start of Term Mayhem" - Available Now!
  - The new school year has barely begun, but something's amiss. Students are inexplicably failing even the simplest assignments—and it's up to you to put a stop to the mayhem.
New Special Adventures:
- "Back to School Special" - Starts 13 August
  - While spending time with friends in Diagon Alley preparing for the new school year, an unexpected challenge arises. Can you catch the Hogwarts Express in time?
- "The Alchemist" - Coming Soon
  - World-renowned alchemist, Nicolas Flamel, is coming to Hogwarts! Help him prepare for a special lecture and prevent a plot that could turn swathes of Hogwarts to gold.
- "Hats Off!" - Coming September
  - The Sorting Ceremony is just around the corner, and Dumbledore has tasked you with helping the Sorting Hat itself to ensure the ceremony is one to remember!

As the distant whistle of the Hogwarts Express fades and the chaos of the start of term subsides, players will discover Hogwarts has even more exciting discoveries waiting for them this month.
